Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Timeprint.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Timeprint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Tamper with purchases, Premium access, or any other limits in the app
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Screen Time, App Blocking, and Statistics

Timeprint uses Apple's Screen Time features to block apps and estimate your time on them.

• Your device, your choices. You decide which apps to block and when. Use Timeprint only on a device you own or are authorised to manage, and not to monitor or restrict another person without their consent.
• It depends on Apple. Blocking and measuring are carried out by iOS, which we do not control. They can be delayed or fail, and an app may stay blocked or open when you did not expect. Do not rely on Timeprint for anything safety-critical, and do not block emergency, health, banking, navigation, or essential communication apps.
• Strict mode. If you turn it on, Timeprint is designed to stop you from editing, deleting, or unlocking an active block until it ends. You choose this knowingly.
• Statistics are estimates. They may differ from Apple's own Screen Time numbers, and should not be treated as exact.

4. User Content

You own the content you create in Timeprint (such as tasks, rule names, and unlock notes). You give us permission to store and process it only to operate the Service for you.

5. Our Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Timeprint on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Timeprint, including its design, code, name, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors, and these Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Timeprint Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices and available plans are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase
• Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat, which handles entitlements and subscription status

Free trials and offers

If we offer a free trial, its length and the price that follows are shown before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Promotional prices apply only while they are available, and we may change prices and offers for future purchases.

Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime plan is a single payment with no subscription and no renewal. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer Timeprint Premium, not for your own lifetime. If we ever stop offering the Service, we will give you notice.

To cancel your subscription

On your iPhone: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Timeprint > Cancel Subscription. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Free and Premium features

We may change which features are included in the free plan and in Premium over time.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to its refund policy. You must request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including:

• Apple for Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, push notifications, and Screen Time features – Apple Media Services Terms
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Supabase for authentication, data storage, and sending reminders
• PostHog for analytics
• Expo for delivering app updates

Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when you use the Service.

9. Apple App Store Terms

Timeprint is distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. In addition to these Terms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. In relation to Apple:

• We, not Apple, are responsible for Timeprint and its content, for maintenance and support, and for any claims you have about it, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• If Timeprint fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for it.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you once you accept them.

10. Availability and Service Changes

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEARNEST LABS LIMITED is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including from apps being blocked or not blocked, or from inaccurate statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account within the app. When your account is deleted, all blocking set up by Timeprint on your phone stops.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings separately.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
